Lucky Brave Bruno

Update on Lucky brave "Bruno" who was brought in by one of our clients on Thursday 24 September after he was involved in a road traffic accident.

Whilst the nurses have named him Bruno his real name remains unknown as we have not yet managed to locate his owner. Bruno has obviously been well cared for he is well fed and has a wonderful friendly temperament unfortunately he has not been microchipped.

Bruno rescued

This brave Staffordshire bull terrier suffered a number of very nasty wounds and contusions when he was involved in a road traffic accident. The driver and one of our clients stayed with Bruno until he could be brought down to have emergency treatment, pain killing injections and have his wounds cleaned up.

Bruno is still very sore. He stayed with one of our very kind nurses over the weekend and enjoyed a good "pampering".  The owners have now been found - his name is Figo.

Figo has been returned to his owners who have promised to keep us updated with his progress. We will all miss him here and wish him a speedy recovery.
